Now We're Talking was created to help solve these problems by addressing the soft-skills issues that lie behind them. The company was founded in 2010 by Steve Alexander, is registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KvK 51455234), and has clients in the Netherlands, UK and USA.

We work in person and remotely (using phone, Skype or video), combining deep experience with the high-tech industry with coaching, impro, acting and emotional intelligence skills, to help managers and teams connect to each other and to customers, to get business results. We really get how people work, how teams work, and how organisations work.

Steve is the day to day voice of the company. He brings in trusted colleagues with experience in team building, psychology, voice training, agile software development, and executive coaching, as needed.
